Located just a stone’s throw from the trails of Dartmoor, of course we’re no strangers to a bit of mud! A regular stop-off point for ramblers and cyclists taking advantage of the area, muddy boots are OK with us. We’re a doggy friendly pub too, so walkers with muddy paws are more than welcome!

As we have a bridal path running right next to us, we also welcome any horse riders that pass through. We have a dedicated area for your trusty rides to rest up and get refreshed, while you enjoy a refreshment of your own.

We’re also a great family friendly pub. Perfectly set up for large family get-togethers and smaller occasions or celebrations in our restaurant. Plus, our outdoor children’s play area will be more than a match for the little ones!
