We are proud to support local butchers, Gribbles, who supply all of our meat from the South West. They have shops in Plympton and Ivybridge and meat can also be delivered free to your door if you shop online. www.gribblesbutchers.co.uk.
Our free range chicken and duck is sourced from Peter and Sue Coleman (Creedy Carver, Merrafield Farm, Nr Crediton); our organically reared South Devon beef is from David Johns (Hillhead Farm in Ugborough, Nr Ivybridge); our free range Gloucester spot pork is from John and Caroline Tibbs (Beadon Farm, Hennock, nr Bovey Tracey); and our lamb from Judith Lapthore (Halwell Farm, Kingsbridge).
