Since opening 3 years ago we have had around 5 weddings each summer. Each one has been a wonderful day, with the bride and groom delighted with the intimate and warm environment we can provide. You will be happy to know that we also pride ourselves on maintaining the high standard of food and service you would receive on a regular visit, on every wedding we have the privilege of looking after.
To give you some background information on the restaurant: it can facilitate 60 guests and our patio area may also be used for a further 50 guests should you wish to hire a marquee.
All of the menus enclosed are samples only. Our normal practice is to meet with you and our chef and cater a menu to your specific requirements. We can also extend the choice of each course if we receive a pre-order before the big day.
Should you wish to use our facilities for the whole day our fixed price irrespective of total numbers but up to a maximum of up to 60 day guests and up to 50 extra evening guests would be £3000 inclusive of premises hire.
For this price you would be entitled to the meal of your choosing, half a bottle of white, red and/or rosé wine per person, reception drinks, drinks for the toasts, and a finger buffet for the evening.
The lounge bar would be dedicated to your guests alone and they would also have access to the top bar.
If you required entertainment for the evening we can rearrange the restaurant to create a dance floor for your important first dance and the subsequent partying!
For your information we would like to let you know that the restaurant and lower bar are also non-smoking, there is however a smoking area in the top bar until the law changes in 2007.
